Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the
Branded QR Code Generator mobile application (the "App") operated by the
developer ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of
and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors,
users, and others who access or use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the
App.
Use of the App

The Branded QR Code Generator is provided for personal and commercial
use.

You are responsible for any QR codes you generate using the App and
their subsequent use.

The App is designed to function offline. You are responsible for
backing up any data or QR codes you create within the App.
Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and
will remain the exclusive property of developer.

The social media icons and logos available for use within the App are
trademarks of their respective companies. By using these icons in your
QR codes, you acknowledge that you do not claim ownership of these
trademarks and agree to use them in compliance with the respective
company's brand guidelines and policies.

We do not grant any rights or licenses to these third-party
trademarks. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of these
icons in QR codes complies with all applicable laws and the terms of
service of the respective social media platforms.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law
or regulation.

To generate QR codes that infringe on the intellectual property rights
of others.

To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent,
abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or
otherwise objectionable.
Payment Terms

All QR code generation and customization features are free to use
within the App.

To download a QR Code as a PNG image or SVG file, you will be required
to make a one-time payment or purchase a yearly subscription.

With a one-time payment, you can download the QR code in high-quality
PNG or SVG format, and it will be added to your history for future
downloads.

With a yearly subscription, you can generate and download an unlimited
number of QR codes.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of
purchase.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period, and will identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be
turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused
downloads.
Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time
without prior notice.

If you wish to terminate your use of the App, you may simply
discontinue using it and delete it from your device.

For subscription management, please refer to your Apple ID account
settings. Cancelling a subscription is handled through Apple, and the
subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing
period.
License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you by the developer for use
strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.
- The developer reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

You may not distribute or make the App available over a network where
it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this license),
reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of,
modify, or create derivative works of the App, any updates, or any
part thereof.
Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You agree
that your use of the App will be at your sole risk.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or
performance of any QR codes generated by the App.

We are not responsible for the scanning or interpretation of QR codes
by third-party devices or software.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer, partners, agents, suppliers, or
affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of
profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these
Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at
least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What
constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
